Students cannot drop or withdraw from a course(s) by merely stopping attendance.
Students can drop a course(s) free of charge during the add/drop period of each Semester/Session. Students can either drop a course(s) online or by informing an academic advisor. After the add/drop period students are liable on the full tuition of the courses registered.
Cancellation of tuition (refund) applies in the case of termination of studies in accordance with the refund schedule below and provided the students inform their academic advisor in writing. The termination date will be considered to be the date on which the written notification is received. Apart from tuition, all their fees (i.e. Application fee, Registration fee, Insurance fee, Activities fee, Technology fee, etc.) are NOT refundable.
Cancellation of tuition (refund) will be based on the following schedule:

No refund of tuition will be made for whatever reason, for students who have been expelled, dismissed, suspended for disciplinary reasons, or denied visa on the basis of fake documents or no compliance from the applicant if new documents are required from the Cyprus Civil Registry and Migration Department for the completion of their VISA application.
